In brief

Foreningen Fast Ejendom, Dansk Ejendomsportefølje is a Danish property fund, in Danish "ejendomsforening".  Listed in NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, the Fund is owned by private and institutional investors as well as financial institutions. The sole purpose of the Fund is to tend to the members' savings and provide a good return when investing in property, within a safe environment.

Since the Fund is owned by the members, the entire profit after the Fund's expenses on buys and sales of property and administration are received by the members. Part of the profit is distributed yearly, while the remaining is reinvested in properties.

It is the strategy of the Fund to invest in commercial and residential properties in Denmark where the benefits of the expected profit outweigh the risks associated with the investments. The investment style is value added.

An independent board leads the Fund and Cura Management A/S manages the day-to-day operations.
